Iris Tropical Garden Banús Suite Apartment is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment in Banús, located in front of the famous Hard Rock Hotel and Marbella Casino. It is set within a peaceful and harmonious residential complex that stands out for its typical Andalusian style. With everything you need within walking distance, there is no need to take the car. The area is surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and entertainment centers, all just a 7-minute walk away. Additionally, Puerto Banús, its promenade, and its fantastic beaches are also easily accessible without the need for transportation.
The apartment is fully renovated and features a kitchen equipped with excellent appliances, integrated into the dining area. There is a spacious living room with a cozy reading corner, bathed in natural light, where you can relax after a long day at the beach. Furthermore, all rooms are connected to an exterior terrace-balcony where you can enjoy views of the central boulevard.
The master bedroom offers a Queen Size bed (150 cm x 190 cm). In the same room, there is a built-in wardrobe and a safe with a digital lock to store your personal belongings if wanted. A full bathroom is located in the hallway between both bedrooms and the central hallway.
The second bedroom features two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a large sliding door-window that leads to the exterior terrace.
All mattresses are 30 cm high, with pocket springs and a top layer of viscoelastic foam. Two types of pillows are provided: viscoelastic and hypoallergenic fibers. With all these amenities, you can rest well and make the most of the next day.
In the living room, you can enjoy your favorite series or movies on Netflix, Apple TV, and other platforms on a comfortable and plush sofa over 2 meters wide. For seamless and efficient connectivity, there is high-speed WiFi available.
