We are Mariana Flocco Rodríguez and Gabriel Farias Iribarren. We worked together in Asia for over 14 years, and that experience taught us something that cannot be learned from a manual: that true hospitality is felt, not performed. When we arrived in Marbella, we found extraordinary properties and enormous potential — but no verified quality standards and no culture of personalised care to match. We founded Marbella Banús Suites to change that.
From the very beginning, we built MBS around two non-negotiable principles. For our guests, genuine hospitality — personal, warm, and tailored to each stay — delivered within the privacy and space of a luxury residence. For our owners, complete transparency, meticulous asset care, and the peace of mind that comes from independently verified security standards. Every property we manage is protected by dual ISO certification, I-PRAC fraud prevention, comprehensive insurance, and a dedicated team that treats each apartment as a high-value asset entrusted to our care.
